Booking And Payment
- You can book individual cabins or private cruises through your travel agent or directly with us via email.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you must complete our passenger information form and provide a copy of your passport. This is mandatory for Indonesian port clearance procedures.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. For bookings made less than 90 days before departure, full payment is required immediately.
- All transaction fees (creditcard, online payment, or banktransfer) are the responsibility of the client or the tour operator.
Itinerary Changes
Komodo Emocean Tour reserves the right to alter the itinerary when necessary due to weather, port closures, or safetyconcerns as determined by the captain.

- Passenger substitutions are allowed up to 5 days before departure, provided the new traveler has not already planned their trip.
No Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for passengers who fail to show up on the day of departure regardless of the reason (missed flights, invalid travel documents, etc.).
If possible, we will assist in rejoining the cruise, but all associated costs (flights, transfers, etc.) will be the passenger’s responsibility.
Trip Interruption
No refunds are provided if a passenger chooses to leave the cruise early.
In case of emergency (illness or accident), we will assist in arranging return travel, but all related expenses are at the passenger’scost.
Cancellation by Komodo Emocean Tour Due to Client Conduct
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if a client’s actions justify it.
No refunds will be given, and we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client.
Force Majeure and Natural Disasters
No refunds will be provided in the event of:
- Force Majeure (war, riots, strikes, terrorism)
- Natural Disasters (earthquakes, epidemics, volcaniceruptions)
We will inform passengers of rescheduling options, but we are not liable for associated costs such as flights or accommodation.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
Loss or Damage of Personal Belongings
Komodo Emocean Tour is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during the cruise.
Injury, Illness, or Death
We are not liable for:
- Any illness, injury, or death during any part of the trip
- Any incidents involving transportation arranged through third parties
- Any consequences of war, military actions, or civil unrest
In case of a medical emergency (onboard or ashore), including evacuation or repatriation, the passenger bears full responsibility for all related expenses.
